What
are Empty States?Empty States are pieces of content that we display to users by default UNTIL it is replaced by something else/more useful later on.
It is used for instance for the Loyalty Program - when a user JUST created an account he/she does not have any order yet - so when you visit for example your Loyalty Rewards Order History (see below image) you can’t see any order but instead you see a message that invites you to purchase your first order. After the first order, the user will be able to see the information regarding the Loyalty Points accumulated.is Feature Loyalty UI?
This is where the Loyalty program visuals (UI) are configured. From the Loyalty logo, to background images, icons for progress bars, tier visuals, or the Loyalty QR Code page.
The level of customization allowed is big, meaning there are several configurations you can explore.
