For adding the address on our Sanity, we need add first on MDM and this application is a database, and for adding the address is through a sheet, but this sheet not accept accentuation, so when add accentuation in this sheet and make the upload on MDM the accentuation turn special characters.
Who add this sheet in MDM is a team from US, and we don’t have control to this, so we can’t improve the applications or sheets.
