BK PT customers are facing limitations and inconveniences when making payments. To address this, we aim to implement a feature that allows users to make card payments at home (with POS owned by the driver?). The goal is to maintain the existing user experience avoiding impact on sales.

Considering the problem rely on TRUST, SIMPLICITY and VELOCITY, elements of the payment at home, BK PT could:
Prioritize MBWay as it’s the main online payment method in Portugal (3.5M users, 225M transactions - more here) and it’s also a fast, simple and trusted solution in the market
Offer discount codes to the users that made payment by card at home: the message should be focused on the usage of alternative payment methods
Add “pago seguro” and other logos to the payment page to make the user feel more comfortable (especially first time users)
