For Delivery order, if we select twice the same item that has a deposit (either only the item or the item within a combo), only one deposit is being subtracted from the points earned (0.25 euros). Example: 2x( Whopper Cheese 4,50 EUR + 0.25 deposit) = 9.50 EUR > this is the total amount.
