If the user selects a coupon > scans the QR Code with embedded coupon code > selects another coupons > Scans we are: appending the current basket and voiding the previous transaction. Isn’t this misleading in terms of event naming?

After we cancel a Delivery order, the loyalty points earned with that order are not removed from the user account. The user does not go back to their previous point balance.

For Delivery order, if we select twice the same item that has a deposit (either only the item or the item within a combo), only one deposit is being subtracted from the points earned (0.25 euros).

Example: 2x( Whopper Cheese 4,50 EUR + 0.25 deposit) = 9.50 EUR > this is the total amount.

We should earn 90 points (as we remove the 0.50 EUR from the 2 deposits), but instead we earn 92

When we pre-select a reward at the kiosks, customize it, and then we remove it from the order at the kiosk, the points get added to the app (even though this is a reward). Then, if we re-add the reward from the kiosk screen and we checkout, the points are deducted (but from the increased balance). In this scenario:

  • The user starts with 81600 points

  • Pre-selects a reward for an amount of 1400

  • Remove from the kiosk the reward

  • Click on “ok” in the modal in the app

  • Spp point balance is 83,000

  • When they re-add the rewards from the kiosks, and checkout with that rewards, the points are deducted

  • The final amount is 81600 (as the initial amount but with a reward redeemed)
