Overview

The rewards list contains a list of all the rewards that will show up in the app.

  • The Rewards List contain a compilation of Rewards Categories

  • If your Rewards Categories are not listed in the Rewards List, they will not show on the UI

  • The order you list the Rewards Categories inside of the Rewards List will be reflected in the app

Overview

This document allows operators to configure the list of Rewards that show up in the Rewards’ list in the App. This document also allows operators to configure each reward category and the order in which the rewards show up in the app.

Reward Categories

The Rewards List contain a compilation of Rewards Categories. If your Rewards Categories are not listed in the Rewards List, they will not show on the UI. The order you list the Rewards Categories inside of the Rewards List will be reflected in the app. Each reward category contains multiple rewards, for example the category for 300 Loyalty points will contain all the rewards that are available to be redeemed for that amount of points.

Adding Rewards in Each Category

Each reward category contains multiple rewards. Click on the Reward category you would like to edit and the Rewards that will be shown in the app within that category. The order you list the Rewards is the order they will appear in inside each of the Reward Categories.

Tier ID

Offers added here will only show up in a user’s offer list if they are assigned to that specific user
Note

This field refers to the Loyalty Tiers Feature. If your market does not have this feature enabled, please disregard this field.

If the Tier ID is set to Tier_1 this list of rewards will show only for Tier_1 users. If the Tier ID is set to Tier_2 this list of rewards will show only for Tier_2 users. You can create two different rewards list to specify Rewards that only Loyalty Tier 1 users can see and rewards that only Loyalty Tier 2 users can see. If no Tier is set, the list of Rewards will show for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 users.
