  1. At the DMP top bar, click the “Service Active” option.
    When the service is active, the only option available is to pause the service, meaning that, until the service is paused, the store will not be receiving any new orders.

    1. Click the “Service Active” option and the system will ask the password in order to proceed:

    2. After informing the password, it will be necessary to inform why the service is being paused, by selecting one item from the list and clicking “Pause service”:

    3. If it is due to “Number of orders”, then:

      1. A message will be displayed on the screen informing that the service will be resumed automatically by the system after 10 minutes.

      2. Click “Dismiss” or the X to close the modal screen.

    4. If it is due to any of other reason listed (technical issues; restaurant schedule; weather; street closed; no drivers available), then:

      1. A message will be displayed on the screen informing that the service needs to be manually resumed.

      2. Click “Dismiss” or the X to close the modal screen.

  2. When the service is paused, the only option available is to active the service, meaning that, until the service is active, the store will be receiving new orders.
