Tip

Best Practices for POS systems:

  • Prompt the cashier before beginning an order, if the order will be a loyalty order

  • Allow a customer to add his loyalty code all Cashiers should ask guests whether they are using Loyalty, at the beginning of an order

  • The POS should allow guests to add their loyalty code or scan offers and rewards at any point throughout the ordering process

  • Only show rewards at Rewards should only be shown in the POS , when a customer guest has logged in with their loyalty account (since they should not be available otherwise)

  • When a customer guest provides his their loyalty account, the POS should show the full list of rewards in the POS available to that the guest can choose from
