How do I get access?

Access is directly managed by each franchisee, please contact a colleague who has an account with an Admin role who can add new users.

Key rbi personnel also have access to provide operational support as needed.

Event Tracking Flow

Events are tracked across rbi apps and sent directly to mParticle either from the client (web or mobile apps) using their SDKs or from backend systems using their APIs.

Events broadly fall into two categories:

• User interface events triggered by user interactions on the apps such as page views

• Conversion events sent from backend systems such as completed sign ups or purchases
