Sanity Loyalty Engine ID - Metadata Configuration
Confirm the correct Loyalty Engine ID is configured in voucherify campaign.
Always use the Loyalty Engine ID from “Config Offers”, and not for “Systemwide Offers” for accurate functionality.

Sanity -The configId with Loyalty Engine Id from Sanity Config Offer need to copy in Vocuherify campaign created in metadata as below.  Image AddedFind the tab for Project setting as below.
