1. How to update restaurant info

There is two ways to do this:

• If market is onboarded in RAM, fields can be updated there directly - RAM

  • Service Mode information:

    • Dine in always needs to be enabled

    • TA/DT/Delivery etc. as applicable

  • Hours of Operation information:

    • Dine in always needs to be filled in

    • TA/DT/Delivery etc. as applicable

• If market is not onboarded in RAM, a request to GBS can be open. Please find instructions here: 1. Update restaurant MDM information & hours

2. How to enable mobile ordering for a restaurant

When POS ordering integration is concluded, mobile ordering should be activated in each restaurant that will have mobile ordering.

• If market is onboarded in RAM, fields can be updated there directly - RAM

  • For click & collect AND/OR Delivery to work, it is essential to have the following:

    • POS = PARTNER

    • Mobile Ordering = ENABLED if restaurant will accept mobile orders (click and collect and/or delivery)

    • Mobile Ordering Status = LIVE (click and collect and/or delivery)

• If market is not onboarded in RAM, a request to GBS can be open. Please find instructions here: 2. Turn stores on.
