Family Groups are very important for Loyalty Offers and Rewards, considering that the Loyalty Offers and Rewards are configured as Combo Meal on Oracle side, we rely on Family Groups to differentiate them from normal Combos.
Therefore, we strongly recommend that the Family Groups to be set up as the following table, especially 50002 for Closed Loyalty Offers, 50005 for Open Loyalty Offers and 50006 for Loyalty Rewards.
