Overview
This is the sector section will describe how the customer support agent or operator can access guest orders and what information is available to them on orders. where the support agent can access all the customer orders.
Orders History
In this screen it is possible to check all order history and the information related to each order (as service mode, status, loyalty informations, refund process)
On the left side of the page, the support agent can filter by different fields as date, order status, payment status, service mode, etc.

Additional Order Information
In the order result the support agent can view a list of orders and select a specific order for additional information (by clicking on a specific order - orange box with the date and time of the order). Then, the they can access further details of that order, such as:
Customer name
Order time
Order status
Order itens
Order values
Payment status
Delivery address
Delivery status
Delivery ETA
Order ID
Payment method
Receipt, with all items bought and respective prices
Remediation section, with detailed information on any refunds processed
Loyalty information: points earned and points redeemed
Store information (If a user clicks on the store - orange box with the store ID -, they are directed to the Stores tab from the side bar)
