Problem
Restaurant names are not shown properly when there is á or other vocals vowel with accentuation. Here you can see in Sanity the error:
...
Today, the
The source of truth of this information is the MDM and the Iberia team found a workaround to solve the problem eliminating all the accentuations through the upload of a sheet. This sheet don’t accept accentuation, so when add accentuation in this sheet and make the upload on MDM the accentuation turn special character → this is the reason Iberia prefer at the moment to eliminate all accentuations.
Existing status
Today, restaurant names have no accentuation on the WhiteLabel and Sanity because has been updated the MDM to avoid the problem because the app shows “?”.showing the error.
Solution
More investigation need to be done on Intl level as MDM is managed by a team from US, and we don’t have control to this platform.
RAM updates MDM DB => Customer Facing Address
MDM <=> Sanity sync fetches Physical Address from MDM and updates Physical Address in Sanity

For adding the address on our Sanity, we need add first on MDM and this application is a database, and for adding the address is through a sheet, but this sheet not accept accentuation, so when add accentuation in this sheet and make the upload on MDM the accentuation turn special characters.
Who add this sheet in MDM is a team from US.Here have a documentation about MDM
