Overview
This documentation will describe how operators or customer support agents can manage guest’s loyalty points. On this section it is possible to It will deep dive into how support agents can check the loyalty historical Loyalty transactions, orders information, can check the loyalty balance, issue loyalty points and deduct loyalty points from a guest.
How to issue or deduct a guest’s loyalty points

Click on “Issue points” button and click on “Deduct points” button if you would like to remove loyalty points from the guest.
You will receive a popup window. From there, select:
Points: set how many points you would like to assign to the guest;
Reason: select one of the following options on the dropdown list. This list is configurable in Sanity under Remediation Reason;
