When POS ordering integration is concluded, mobile ordering should be activated in each restaurant that will have mobile ordering:
For click & collect AND/OR Delivery to work, it is essential to have the following:
POS = PARTNER
Mobile Ordering = ENABLED if restaurant will accept mobile orders (click and collect and/or delivery)
Mobile Ordering Status = LIVE (click and collect and/or delivery)
If market is not onboarded in RAM, a request to GBS can be open. Please find instructions below:

How to submit request to GBS:
Fill the excel file
Go back to the “Home” sheet and click on “Submit Request” button. An auto-filled email will open. Send the email
Note 1:
If mobile ordering will not be activated yet, the restaurant POS should not be turned on for mobile ordering. Hence, in sheet “Services”, column “Has Mobile Ordering” should be marked as “No”. When mobile ordering is to be activated, this excel file should be submitted again, with this column marked as “Yes”.
Note 2:
If an error statement is showing on the excel file, preventing you to use macros, please follow the steps below.
Steps to bypass:
Go into “File Explorer”
Right click on downloaded file, as seen below:
Select “Properties”
Select “Unblock” and “Apply”
Select “OK’ and now Macros will be unblocked.
