Overview

This document will compare current customer journeys in BK ES Session M’s App to customer journeys in the RBI App. In Phases 1 & 2, we will migrate only the loyalty engine to RBI App; all the current UI of the SessionM app will remain the same except the rewards customer journey. In Phase 3, we will progressively migrate all users and the full UI from SessionM to RBI app.

Phases 1 Changes: Loyalty Engine Migration

• SessionM app will show RBI QR code with OTP

  • Change: Today SessionM only has a static QR code that does not refresh. The RBI QR code reloads every 5 minutes for users approximately.

• No Rewards will be activated and no points will be burned

Phases 2 Changes: Loyalty Engine Migration

• SessionM app will show RBI QR code with OTP

• RBI reward will show in SessionM app

• Guests will be able to pre-select rewards and add them to SessionM QR code

  • Change: Today SessionM only has a static QR code that does not allow for pre-selection

Phase 3: RBI App migration

• All of the above and UI Changes in the app

• Offers will have RBI App static code

• QR code will have new RBI App UI
