Introduction

This is the home page of the RBI Loyalty API, which is used by external parties (typically POS and Kiosk providers) to provide Loyalty capabilities to guests. The documentation is structured into:

• Loyalty API - In-Store Customer Journey documents the expected customer journey for guests when they are ordering in-store (POS or Kiosk), while indicating how the Loyalty API should be used to implement each step in that journey.

• Loyalty API - Reference lists all the endpoints available on the Loyalty API.

• Loyalty API - In-Store Testing contains suggested test cases to follow when implementing a new integration using the Loyalty API.
