Sanity Config
PLU, Definition Sequence and Price Sequence are the 3 Oracle attributes which we will use to distinguish across different items and service modes.
Each item document in Sanity will be configured with constantPLU vendor configuration.
(TBD) priceSeq and definitionSequence configurations will be managed globally for all items, it won’t be necessary for operators to configure these values item-by-item.
