We will need to do many updates on Hero component. Then, we will do the Hero component migration from ctg-components-library hero to intl-whitelabel-app.

As this migration, we will be able to updates without impacting the USA market with these features.

Story 1: Secondary button as optional
Story 2: Expand with on primary button
Story 3: Image container variable considering image sizing
Story 4: Background color optional
