This document explains the process for submitting a DSAR request for data hosted by RBI in AWS.

Note this process does not cover DSAR processes for other platforms that might host your customer’s data, potentially including but not limited to mParticle, Braze, Amplitude, a Payment Provider.

Submitting a DSAR

  1. Open a new ticket in our Jira Service Desk (https://rbictg.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2) using the "Data Suv” tile.

2. Choose between Access or Deletion.

In both requests, you will be asked only about:

  • Brand

  • Environment (would typically be Prod)

  • User(s) Email Address(es):

  • Summary, in the event you would like to add information

  • No labels
