We are happy to share we will be testing and progressively releasing a new UI for the Rewards page. After looking closely at the data, we've noticed that most loyalty rewards are being used at the first tier, accounting for about 75% of redemptions. We think this might be due of a problem with how users interact with our system.

Our goal is to encourage guests to use their rewards across all tiers more evenly. We believe that if we achieve this, it will make the rewards feel more valuable to guests and increase the chances of them coming back to our app.This UI will maximize the view of each reward category, remove repeated horizontal scroll in each category, and other overall UI improvements.

This feature will undertake AB tests in Production and depending on the results will be released for all markets.
