Highlights

OTP timer

If enabled, a 1 minute countdown timer will be shown on the OTP input screen, before a customer can request the same code to be resent or a new code to be sent to them.

If disabled, or at the end of the countdown, the “Resend Code” and “Send New Code” options become active.

The intentions of this feature are:

  • To reduce customer frustration, waiting to receive the OTP code;

  • To reduce customer frustration from invalidating codes (by requesting too many) and entering the incorrect OTP code.

User Change History Audit Trail

  • The Digital Operations Portal now offers a capability to provide the audit trail for pricing and availability changes done by a given user. This capability aims to support franchisees for compliance and audit-related reporting requirements, and help troubleshoot potential issues. An overview of the capability could be seen below. The data retention period for the history of changes is 181 days.
