Regression testing in Production prior to rollout by QA team and BK DE (including events) (for all different POS and Kiosk vendors)
Offer Upsells showing / working as expected
Offer’s List Marketing Cards showing / working as expected
Testing Redeem in Restaurant Open and Closed Offer behavior showing / working as expected
Test All Offers rulesets working as expected
Testing Offer Inline messages
Test Braze Webhooks Offer Assignment in Production
User’s Personalized Offers show in new Loyalty Offers platform
In-store testing by BKD prior to rollout (for all different POS and Kiosk vendors)
Redeeming multiple offers per check and worked as expected (Offer Cooldown needs to be set to 0 minutes to allow user to redeem multiple offers per order)
All offers disappeared from users offer list after being used assuming the Limit Ruleset is not being used to allow for more than 1 Redemption per day
Checked that Amplitude event Offer Added to Order is being triggered for my users when redeeming offers in-store (the event continue to be Offer Added to Order )
Smoke test after rollout
Monitor Loyalty Offers redemption numbers in Datadog and Amplitude dashboard to ensure there are no drops in Offer redemptions and sales
