Executive Summary

Second project in BK DE’s Oracle Rollout Program, which aims to replace their current POS vendor (Toshiba) with Oracle, across all of their restaurant estate. This project in particular aims to roll-out Oracle in all restaurants, after the first 100 restaurants have been rolled out during Project Brief - First 100 Restaurants.

Success Criteria

• All live stores that currently use Toshiba as their POS to be using Oracle.

• All Tillster and Smoothr kiosks that are currently integrated with Toshiba to be integrated with Oracle instead.

• Acrelec is out of scope since it’s not in use today.
