Highlights

  • Guest Application: we can now offer memberships with external companies, enabling users to unlock exclusive coupons when they link their accounts. This feature enhances user acquisition and drives sales by leveraging third-party partnerships.

  • Support/Admin tool: with the new improvements, markets can also see the historical information related to delivery address, driver name and phone and/or order timestamps

Guest Application (Web/iOS/Android)

  • We are excited to announce we are releasing our new Partner / Membership model feature. This will allow third party companies to be integrated within our app. We hope to enable this feature in BK UK with Blue Light Card partner this quarter. Please read more about it in the FZ KB Article here.

Support Tool

  • Several improvements on the Support/Admin Tool

    • CUSTOMER PAGE: Added “Saved Addresses” by the user in the Guest App

    • ORDER DETAIL PAGE: Added “Delivery Address”, “Driver name and phone” and “Delivery Timestamps”

    • LOYALTY PAGE: Added “Points movement” and more details for each loyalty record
