[DMP] Driver Management - How To

 Instructions

It is possible to turn on / off the driver by activating or deactivating them from the DMP system.

  1. At the main DMP page, click the “Drivers” tab:

     

  2. At this page it will be possible to:

    1. Activate driver who is showing under the “Inactive Drivers” list, meaning that when clicking the “Activate“ button, the driver will be available or on shift.

       

      1. In order to activate a driver, the password is required.
        The eye icon can be clicked to show/hide the password entered.

         

      2. The driver’s motorbike number is required to be informed before proceed:

         

      3. It will not be allowed to proceed without filling this field:

         

      4. After activated the driver, there will be displayed a confirmation:

         

    2. Deactivate driver who is showing under the “On Shift” list, meaning that when clicking the “Deactivate“ button, the driver will be inactive or off shift.

       

      1. In order to deactivate a driver, the password is required. It will not be allowed to proceed without filling it. The eye icon can be clicked to show/hide the password entered.

         

      2. After deactivated the driver, there will be displayed a confirmation:



In order to activate or deactivate the driver, the password is required.

To activate the driver, the motorcycle number is a required field with no validations.
