Centralized Content Management - Menu Content Updated Webhook

• Menu Content Updated webhook has been introduced as part of the Partner API to inform partners when there are changes to the menu content (e.g. images, descriptions) in our Content Management System Sanity. The webhook provides information on which menu, document IDs were created, updated or deleted. It also includes a versionId field, allowing partners to check if the version they're using is up to date with the latest webhook call when retrieving the menu.
