Highlights

  • Phone Number Authentication: During the Sign In or Sign Un flow, it is possible to user the Phone Number to receive the OTP Code and continue User Journey.

  • Search by Phone Number: Customer Service Team can user the Guest’s Phone Number to search the Guest Account and Orders within Support Tool.

Applications

Guest Application (Web/iOS/Android)

  • Phone number authentication

This feature allows guests to register and sign in to the web and app via a phone number. If guests choose to authenticate with a phone number, they follow a similar journey as the guests who authenticate with an email:

  1. enter the phone number

  2. verify ownership of the phone number via a 6 digit code they receive via SMS.

An SMS provider is required to deliver SMS messages to customers, at an additional cost.
