Highlights

  • Payment Process Interruption : By blocking the ability of the guest to close the window during Ongoing Payment Process, it is expected to prevent and reduce errors in the last step of Order Placement

  • Credit Card Visual Brands: Feature displays the Credit Card Brands allowed to be used for payment. This is to help minimize errors due to payments using not allowed Card brands.

 

Applications

Guest Application (Web/iOS/Android)

These are two new features that helps to reduce the errors during the payment customer journey:

  • Block user from closing the window: This feature aims to prevent customers to leave the payment pages while the payment is being processed. There are also improvements during the journey to help them to track what is happening, which will reduce errors and will create a smoother experience for the customer.   • Show visually which credit card brands are accepted: if customers choose credit card payment method, they will see which brand flags are accepted. For example, they’ll be able to check whether VISA or Mastercard are accepted brands. This helps them to confirm if their credit card is accepted before sharing all the details, reducing errors and improving their experience. More details here.
