Overview
The in restaurant ordering flow happens when guests arrive to the restaurant and would like to use a reward. Rewards can be added to the guest’s basket when placing a dine-in, table service or takeaway order placed at the Kiosk or front counter (POS), or a drive-thru order placed at the POS. Guests must be signed in to their loyalty account to access rewards.
There are two ways to add rewards to a guest’s basket:
By using the POS or Kiosk user interface, when the POS/Kiosk have the ability to list rewards
By selecting the reward(s) in the RBI app and entering or scanning the reward code in a POS or Kiosk.
