Overview
In this documentation we will describe how a support agent can check general store / restaurant information, such as location, service modes available and opening hours.
How does it look in the support tool?
A customer support agent needs to click on the tab on the left called “Stores” and then search for the store number he would like to have information on.
Alternatively the support agent could use the search bar on the top right to search for a store number. In both cases the support tool agent will arrive to this same location where he can get overall information aboutt
