Highlights

  • Block Fraudulent Customers: To prevent loss due to fraud, Customer Service Team will have the ability to block Fraudulent Customers through easy steps in Support Tool.

  • Offer Assignment: This feature enhances the search Offer ability, by displaying the Name of the Offer, making it easier for the Operator to find the proper Offer to be assigned to the selected guest.

  • Data Plan Optimization: Continuous effort on the Data Plan Optimization; More events that got Deprecated through out this first phase.

Block fraudulent customers

Some customers may attempt to exploit the loyalty program. If the Compliance Team detects such behavior, they have the authority to block these customer accounts. Once an account is blocked, the customer will no longer be able to place orders, modify account details, or delete the account. Additionally, the blocked account's associated email cannot be used to create a new account, effectively preventing the creation of further fraudulent accounts.

Blocking an account is a straightforward action, requiring the appropriate role and permissions within the Compliance Team. Should the team wish to reverse this action, the account can be unblocked using the same process. More details here.

Upon blocking, the customer will receive an email notification (Note: email templates must be configured in Sanity. Please coordinate with the CSM team). Additionally, if the customer opens the WL app, they will see a pop-up informing them that their account is blocked and no further actions can be taken. Their communication preferences will also be updated in Braze. For more details, please refer to the relevant documentation here.

Offer assignment improvement

To assist in the search for offers, in addition to the existing dropdown menu that can retrieve all available offers, it is now possible to type three characters and receive a list of available options. This makes finding offers faster and easier. More information can be found here .
