Loyalty API
Introduction
This is the home page of the RBI Loyalty API, which is used by external parties (typically POS and Kiosk providers) to provide Loyalty capabilities to guests. The documentation is structured into:
Loyalty API - In-Restaurant Customer Journey documents the expected customer journey for guests when they are ordering in-store (POS or Kiosk), while indicating how the Loyalty API should be used to implement each step in that journey.
Loyalty API - Developer Guide lists all the endpoints available on the Loyalty API.
Loyalty API v1 - In-Restaurant Testing contains suggested test cases to follow when implementing a new integration using the Loyalty API.
