Overview - What’s the Support Tool?

The support tool is a tool that enables markets to have customer support management. It offers different actions so that the franchisee's support agents can manage their day-to-day needs. This tool allows operators to manage guests, orders, tickets, gift cards, offers, loyalty and stores. It allows This tool is not intended to generate data for analysis (for example, fraud management). It is available in different languages depending on the market / brand.

What are its functionalities?

The support tool allows support agents or operators to:

  • See guest information, order history, loyalty guest history ​

  • Issue or deduct loyalty points from guests​

  • Assign offers to guests​

  • Issue partial or full refunds​

  • See guest’s support history (points, refunds, offer assignment, comments)​

  • See restaurant information (address, POS, opening hours by service mode, etc)​
