Paula reported that the Paycomet generic error modal is being displayed when she clicked on the cancel link existing on the Paypal and Waylet popups. Also when it is Waylet flow, the user is not redirected automatically to the cart page.

PLK ES

Rodrigo explained to me that the Paycomet generic error popup is expected, but it is so fast that most of the time it is not possible to realize because the user is redirected to the cart page immediately.

The problem may be that the user is retained for too long or is not redirected to the cart page, as happened to Paula in the case of Waylet.

I tried to play it again using a slower internet connection and even then, I was not able to see the Paycomet modal because I was promptly redirected to the cart.

Rodrigo suggested that Paula send the videos with all the screens.

IBFEC-2576 - Getting issue details... STATUS

Paula asked about a "timeout” implemented on this feauture

PLK ES

In the meeting, Paula questioned the "timeout." I spoke with Rodrigo, and we confirmed that a timeout has indeed been implemented. This timeout occurs when there is an unexpected closure of the third-party payment modal. After this closure, an error popup will be displayed within 5 seconds. If the user clicks on it, they will be redirected to the cart.

It's important to note that this unexpected closure does not refer to canceling or closing the modal with the "X." It occurs in rare situations, such as when the user closes the window via the task manager or experiences a browser freeze. To simulate this situation, Rodrigo had to use a "trick." Therefore, the timeout was implemented to enhance the system's robustness.

Paula asked about two modals being displayed when the user clicks on cancel on the 3DS popup

PLK ES

Rodrigo explained that this is expected because one modal comes from Paycomet and one from Whitelabel. This behavior started to happen when the Intl team implemented a solution to avoid the “ghost orders".
