1. Update restaurant MDM information & hours

In order to update the restaurant information in MDM we will need to submit 2 documents to GBS - please use the documents below as a template (you will have to replace the information):

How to submit request to GBS

• Tag the PM in your project + Sudesh Bhakhar sbhakhar@rbi.com + GBSRequest@rbi.com

• Add in the Subject Line - O2C FCM upload restaurant information “Brand + Country” Prod

  • Example: O2C FCM upload restaurant information - BK Germany Prod

• As body of the text please write the following

  • Hi Team,

    Hope you are doing good, I would like to open a ticket to upload the two files attached in this email to MDM Prod

    Thanks!

• Attach files to the email

After this GBS will open a ticket that will need to be resolved in 72 hrs, if this is not the case please talk to your PM. ( We are working to reduce the time in this)

How to fill out the documents

• Hours:

  • Set up one live for each day a week for each restaurant and add the appropriate information for that daya following the headers

    • Example:

• Restaurant information

  • You will add one line per restaurant and add all the information relevant to that restaurant

    • Foreach of the amenities mark as true or false except when there are multiple options

      • Drink Station you will need to add the following ids depending on what is available

      • Open

        

• Playground you will need to add the following ids depending on what is available
