Accessing ATP Admin
Two options:
If the RBI Kiosk app is running, open the inspector (4 taps on the top-left corner + input pass code), then click on the Open ATP Admin button.
Type the cheat code
ilovetofly.
The ATP Admin login window will be displayed. Now we need to enter the PIN code.
The PIN code is always different because it’s based on the current date and time. Here’s the formula (please do not share it publicly):
DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM → H+HYYMMDDM+M
where YY are the last two digits of the displayed year.
There’s a timeout on this screen, and once an inactivity period is over, this will force an ATP restart.
Switching Apps
Switching from the Kiosk Device
When an app has been installed in Single App Mode, it means it is the only app that can be running in a kiosk device. If app switching is desired, this toggle needs to be disabled.
When Single App Mode is disabled, the UI displays a X button at the top-right corner, allowing customers to enter/exit apps at their will.
Switching from Acrelec Market
This allows to switch apps in any Kiosk Device regardless of how they are installed.
Go to the market and drill down into a kiosk device where the app change needs to be done.
Select the Actions menu for the app that needs to be active in the kiosk, and select Set this app as SINGLE in the dropdown menu.
The change will automatically propagate to the kiosk device in 1-2 minutes.
