  • Regression testing in Production prior to rollout by QA team and BK DE (including events)
    • Test users can checkout with all Offers successfully (for all different POS vendors - Toshiba and rPOS)
    • When Offer is purchased successfully via Mobile Ordering, test Offer Redeemed Online event is being triggered in Amplitude
    • Offer Upsells showing / working as expected
    • Offer’s List Marketing Cards showing / working as expected
    • Testing Redeem in Restaurant Open and Closed Offer behavior showing / working as expected
    • Test All Offers rulesets working as expected
    • Testing Offer Inline messages
    • Test Braze Webhooks Offer Assignment in Production
    • User’s Personalized Offers show in new Loyalty Offers platform
  • In-store testing by BKD prior to rollout
    • Redeeming multiple offers per check and worked as expected (Offer Cooldown needs to be set to 0 minutes to allow user to redeem multiple offers per order)
    • All offers disappeared from users offer list after being used
    • Checked that Amplitude event Offer Added to Order is being triggered for my users when redeeming offers in-store (the event continue to be Offer Added to Order )
  • Smoke test after rollout
  • Monitor Loyalty Offers redemption numbers in Datadog and Amplitude dashboard to ensure there are no drops in Offer redemptions and sales
  • No labels
