6. Loyalty

Overview

Overview of the loyalty information for a specific guest, including:

  • Under Loyalty transactions, where the user can see the overall balance of the guest, issue points and deduct points

  • Transaction history, including support history for each transaction

Additionally, the timeline also displays user loyalty transactions, where it is possible to see:

This feature is currently being released, and not available in all markets.

  • Origin channel of the order (eg. Web, App)

  • Order ID and a link to the order details page

  • Redeemed items and their cost

  • Transaction points balance

How to issue points to a guest

1. Click on user and click on “Issue points” orange box if you would like to assign points to the guest, and click on “Deduct points” orange box if you would like to remove loyalty points from the guest

2. Fill the following fields:

  • Under “Points”, set how many points you would like to assign to the guest

  • Under “Reason”, one of the following options needs to be selected:

  • Add an optional comment if needed

3. Then, click on confirm and the points assignment will be completed
