• Under Loyalty transactions, where the user can see the overall balance of the guest, issue points and deduct points

• Transaction history, including support history for each transaction

💯 How to issue points to a guest

1. Click on user and click on “Issue points” orange box if you would like to assign points to the user, and click on “Deduct points” orange box if you would like to remove loyalty points from the user
