What are Offers?
Offers are promotions that allow customers to spend less money when placing orders at any of our brands.
Why are Offers important?
Offers provide an:
Incentive for guests to order more
Ability to use offers to drive up acquisition (open offers - offers only available for signed out customers) or conversion (closed offers - offers only available for signed in customers).
Successful companies know that offers are among the most effective methods of increasing sales, boosting customer satisfaction, and heightening brand awareness.
Offers need to take into account both brand objectives and customer objectives
Brand objectives could be increase likelihood of purchase, while customer objectives could be increase perceived value, improve customer attitude and increase brand accessibility.

What are the different types of Offers available in the App?
Systemwide Offers – these are global offers that show in the app for all guests
explain Upcoming Offers – these are offers that are still not available in the app and will be comings soon to guests
Config Offers – these are personalized offers that only show to a guest if the offer has been assigned to that specific guest
Explain support offers, braze offers, and promo code offers (voucherify)
Discount Offers – these types of offers are discounts. Discounts can be (1) % or money off in the total cart price or (2) % or money off in a single product.
External Offers – these are offers that link a guest to an external website promotion
