Overview
The in restaurant ordering flow happens when guests arrive to the restaurant and would like to use an offer. Offers can be added to the guest’s basket when placing a dine-in or takeaway order placed at the Kiosk or front counter (POS), or a drive-thru order placed at the POS.
There are two ways to add offers to a guest’s basket:
By using the POS or Kiosk user interface, when the POS/Kiosk have the ability to list offers
By selecting the offer(s) in the RBI app and entering or scanning the offer code in a POS or Kiosk.
This document covers specifically scenario 2.
