The in restaurant ordering flow happens when guests arrive to the restaurant and would like to use their loyalty account to order an offer in the Kiosk or POS of that restaurant. The offer(s) can be ordered in a dine in order placed at the Kiosk or front counter, take away . Offers can be added to the guest’s basket when placing a dine-in or takeaway order placed at the Kiosk or front counter (POS), or a drive-thru order placed at the POS of that restaurant.

Guests need to open their app and either scan or inputs their 6 digit loyalty code at the Kiosk or at the cashier at the POS. Then, guests can continue ordering directly at the Kiosk or with the cashier to add other items to their loyalty order before checking out.

There are two ways to add offers to a guest’s basket:

  1. By using the POS or Kiosk user interface, when the POS/Kiosk have the ability to list offers

  2. By selecting the offer(s) in the RBI app and
