Overview

The in restaurant ordering flow happens when guests arrive to the restaurant and would like use their loyalty account to order an offer in the Kiosk or POS of that restaurant. The offer(s) can be ordered in a dine in order placed at the Kiosk or front counter, take away order placed at the Kiosk or front counter, or a drive thru order placed at the POS of that restaurant.

Guests need to open their app and either scan or inputs their 6 digit loyalty code at the Kiosk or at the cashier at the POS. Then, guests can continue ordering directly at the Kiosk or with the cashier to add other items to their loyalty order before checking out.

Please note, guests can also build their basket of offer(s) in the app and when they scan or provide their 6 digit loyalty code, the basket of offers will be transferred to the Kiosk or POS.

How does the flow work?

  • Guest downloads the app or access it in the web

  • Guest created an account (in markets that have guest checkout available this step can be skipped)

  • Guest either:

    • 1) chooses an offer(s) and clicks on “Redeem In Restaurant” OR

    • 2) goes directly to their “My Code” page to access their loyalty code

  • Guest goes to a Kiosk or Cashier at the front counter or at drive thru and scans / inputs their loyalty code

  • Guest adds other items to the cart and checks out in the Kiosk or Cashier at the front counter or at drive thru

Example: Guest uses Burger King app to scan an offer and order at the kiosk

Guest scans or inputs the loyalty code in the Kiosk

  • At the Kiosk guest sees page to sign in to loyalty by scanning or inputting loyalty code

  • Once guest scans or inputs loyalty code, guest receives a successful confirmation modal in the app

Guest adds more items to basket in the Kiosk and checks out

  • Guest adds other menu items in the kiosk to the cart

  • Guest checks out and pays for order at the kiosk

  • Guest sees updated loyalty points in the app

  • No labels
