💯 How to issue points to a guest

1. Click on user and click on “Issue points” orange box if you would like to assign points to the userguest, and click on “Deduct points” orange box if you would like to remove loyalty points from the userguest

2. Fill the following fields:

  • Under “Points”, set how many points you would like to assign to the guest

Loyalty Balance Points

To enhance convenience and efficiency for support users, several screens have been improved (loyalty transactions, Order Details). Users can now quickly view the points history with more details, enabling them to clarify any doubts without needing to navigate to other screens or perform manual calculations.

The points are divided into the following details:

  • Initial Points Balance: Refers to the user's points before the transaction.

  • Points Earned: Represents the points that the user gained during the transaction.

  • Points Burned: Indicates the points that the user spent in the transaction.

  • Transaction Balance: Shows the result of the transaction, calculating the points that the user actually earned or spent.

  • Final Points Balance: Displays the current amount of points the user has after completing the transaction.

Confirmed

A Confirmed status, indicates that the order is awaiting confirmation. Points earned or burned are displayed, but the transaction is not yet finalized. The next status for this order will be “Claimed” or “Voided.”

Voided

A Voided status indicates that the transaction has been canceled. As a result, there will be no credit or debit of points. The points earned, burned, and the transaction will be replaced by zero, and both the initial and final balances will present the same result.
