Points

Rate that we are giving away points YoY on a point-per-known-diner-sale basis. Take total points issued / total KDS $ in both PY and CY. Take difference between CY and PY in this metric, and multiply by CY KDS $ to get points saved (or lost) is CY. Multiply this by value of a point (~$0.0049) to get dollar contribution to SSS.

Scan & Pay

Value of the SoS (Speed of Service) seconds saved in the drive-thru YoY. Do a bucketed correlation on a restaurant level between YoY change in Scan & Pay penetration of loyalty transactions and YoY change in SoS. This gets you an approximate value of gaining 1% in S&P penetration in terms of SoS. Then take the YoY increase in S&P penetration, multiply by the SoS value of increasing 1% in S&P, and finally multiply by the value of a SoS second (~$27,000 on an annual level per restaurant).

** Delivery incrementality found to be ~75% through multiple analyses, done on both the guest and the restaurant level.

**MO&P incrementality found to be ~37% through multiple analyses done on the guest level.
