This is the process to create and then approve a new delivery area for a specific restaurant.
Reminder: To approve the area, only the master franchizee will be

To create a new delivery area:
Go to DELIVERY > RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT
2. Click on three dots and then select the option Delivery Area:
In the right side you can see all the “saved polygons” (delivery area) that are approved (with
) and the others that are in draft. You can see each area clicking in the eye (👁️) button. It’s possible to EDIT, DELETE, DUPLICATE or REQUEST FOR APPROVAL for each area:
4. To create a New area [click on “Create new”] or edit we offer several tools for that. In order:
Draw the polygon;
Clean the whole polygon;
Erase the points;
Change color;
Lock the map to check the ETA from the restaurant to the place where the mouse is over.
It’s possible to add a name and it’s mandatory to draw a Main and a Reduced area:
5. When you create a new area it’s possible to send to approval or Save area. When the area is only saved is going to be in draft mode.
6. It can be edited, send officially to request approval or deleted:
7. To see the areas that should be approved, you need to go to the menu section and click on Areas:
Important: Only the master user can access this screen
8. It’s possible to do some filtering on this screen by:
Restaurant name;
City;
Franchisee;
Status.
9. Inside this screen, if a new drawn is available, is going to be presented under APPROVALS section:
10. To see the drawn area for a specific restaurant, just click on the “eye icon”:
11. The user is going to be able to see the polygons with all main, reduced and the grid. If another restaurant have an area close to the selected one, is going to be visible with the black line, as following:
12. It’s possible to EDIT or DUPLICATE an approved area.
13. When you click on EDIT, the same tools from drawing a new one are available in this screen:
14. Areas that are not with the can be approved and will replace the current approved area:
Highlight important information in a panel like this one. To edit this panel's color or style, select one of the options in the menu.
