What?
Under support FAQs we are able to maintain the support FAQs that appear on our app and website. Within this section, we are able to add and edit FAQs. We will go over the specifics for each of these actions below.
How?
Adding Additional FAQ
To begin adding an additional FAQ click the “+” icon at the top of the section
Then the below will open:
Here place the question under Title and the answer under content
Additionally, we like to track each FAQ to see where guests are clicking, as a result you can add in the name for the mParticle event you would like to be associated to a given FAQ
Finally, once you have verified all of the content is correct you can view your changes by clicking “publish” at the bottom of the page.
Remember, FAQ are associated with subcategories in order to view FAQ on web you must add them to the correct subcategory
Editing Existing FAQs
To edit existing FAQ click into the desired FAQ listed and you will be able to edit all fields
Once your edits are done, click “publish” to view the changes on web
