In order to update the restaurant information in MDM we will need to submit 2 documents to GBS - please use the documents below as a template (you will have to replace the information):
If updating restaurant attributed of only 1 restaurant, use the file below:
If updating restaurant attributed of 2 or more restaurants, use the file below:
How to submit request to GBS:
Fill the excel file
Go back to the “Home” sheet and click on “Submit Request” button. An auto-filled email will open. Send the email
Note:
If an error statement is showing on the excel file, preventing you to use macros, please follow the steps below.
Steps to bypass:
Go into “File Explorer”
Right click on downloaded file, as seen below:
Select “Properties”
Select “Unblock” and “Apply”
Select “OK’ and now Macros will be unblocked.
